All our bouquets are custom-made to order. If you need a same-day bouquet, please place your order by 12 PM. For last-minute requests, just contact us directly. We’ll ensure every arrangement is crafted to match your vision.

Delivery Policy
• Within Orlando: Delivery fees range from $20 to $30 depending on the specific area.
• Outside Orlando: For deliveries to areas like Kissimmee or other nearby cities, please contact us for a custom delivery rate.
• Free Delivery: Orders of $300 or more qualify for free delivery within the Orlando area.
• Pickup Option: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at no additional cost.

Payment and Ordering Policy

All orders must be paid in full, including taxes, before we proceed with fulfillment. For event services, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due prior to the event.

After-Hours Service:

Please note that services requested outside regular business hours (late evenings or overnight) will incur an additional fee.

Last-Minute Orders:

Same-day or last-minute orders are possible depending on availability. However, selection may be limited to flowers we currently have in stock.

We accept payments via credit/debit card, Zelle transfer, and Venmo.

Subscriptions

We offer custom floral subscriptions for hotels, restaurants, salons, and private homes. Each subscription is tailored individually to your needs.
